This introductory breathwork class is for you, if you’re looking to be gently held and guided into a simple way to breathe to help ease anxiety and increase focus. Before I guide you through the convergence breathwork method, we will go over how to breathe properly from the belly. The Convergence Breathwork Method is a simple five minutes breathing exercise that transports someone back into focus resulting in diminished feeling of anxiety and balanced emotions. What began as an energetic tool I created to reset attendees at the beginning of every class and workshop, shaped itself over the years into a deeply attuned with a hint of intensity and tailored breathing exercise. To obtain the best experience for this class, please prepare the following:
* Dressed comfortably
* Sit on a chair or yoga mat that does not slip and slide
* Bottled of water
